Supporting letter from employer. Supporting letters from UK employer must be certified by London Chamber of Commerce (LCCI). VisaHQ can assist with the certification. This requires additional Formal Undertaking Form to be completed by the SIGNEE of the letter and posted to us in original. It takes for us 24 hours to certify the letter at total cost of £74.20+VAT, which includes £35 our handling fee or you can do it yourself. Invitation letter. Must be organised by the inviter through either local Chamber of Commerce or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. When filing invitation request the sponsor needs to state applicant's employer - this must be the same company providing supporting letter for actual visa application.
- For female applicants invitation must be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Applicants of Arabic origin if travelling during the Hajj or Umrah must present invitation issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Self-employed applicants must be supported by a letter from UK registered company.

Flight itinerary. All applicants applying for a Saudi visa, must provide a copy of their flight itinerary.Applicants must be in the UK when applying for the visa. Please make sure the flight itinerary reflects departure from UK.

Tourist eVisas can be used for leisure trips, visiting family, attending events, or Umrah (pilgrimage).
Residents of the UK, US and the EU to apply for a Visa on Arrival. Holders of a valid tourist or business visa from the UK, US or one of the Schengen Agreement countries continue to be able to apply for a Visa on Arrival, provided that it has been used at least once to enter the country granting the visa.

Authorization letter. A copy of the visa authorization letter from the Ministry of foreign affairs in Saudi Arabia (تأشيرة مستند).

Work contract. Copy of the work contract has to be attested by both, the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and The Saudi ministry of foreign affairs

Qualification. Copy of the applicants qualification (attested by the FCO, Saudi culture bureau in London or by the Saudi embassy in the country where the qualification was issued).

Medical report. A recent medical report for the applicant (Not older than three month) along with a signed declaration letter declaring the applicant has provided the medical report himself and the information in the report is all correct.

Police certificate. Applicant must provide a ACRO police certificate (cannot be older than 1 month) and it must be attested from the FCO (you can apply for one from here). If subject access has ‘No live trace’ or ‘Live trace’ then applicant will need to get it legalised by the solicitor and get it attested by FCO.
